I have worked with Prasanna on a few different HealthRules Payor implementations. He hits the ground running and taking on project assignments quickly. His is very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. Definitely a self starter.

I had the opportunity to work with Prasanna on an EDI implementation project. Prasanna's knowledge and expertise on 270, 271, 276, 277, 277CA, 820, 835, 837, and 999 files was exceptionally detailed and helpful. Prasanna is a great communicator and strives to move the project forward toward successful completion. I hope to work with him again.

Prasanna and I worked together in 2020 and 2021. He knew how our systems worked, knew who operated our various core systems across the organization who the SME's were, and he would always complete his deliverables with a stellar level of quality. Prasanna came on board at a difficult time in the dept when Covid claims were really starting to come in and quickly overwhelm the team. He was able to quickly learn the systems and procedures to help out with production and keep that new volume at maintainable levels. He has a good eye at discerning normal claim scenarios from abnormal ones and always brought up clear and concise questions which helped the team head off potential issues. We were very lucky to have had him on the team for as long as we did. He’s an asset to any team he works with.

I had the privilege of working with Prasanna during our implementation of Health Rules Payor. Prasanna wrote many of our business requirements documents. He was able to communicate well and ask intelligent questions on the what and how items were needed to get the documents correct. No matter how difficult the task or the stress of going live in such a short timeframe, Prasanna always has a smile on his face. He is very approachable and knowledgeable. Prasanna has done an amazing job during his contract at CareSource. He was renewed several times due to his knowledge, work ethic, and accurate/complete work. He was often tasked with doing configuration design and completion of configuration from medical policy. He can configure pricing and benefits. He is very familiar with the Facets database and is able to run queries and do analysis on anything asked of him. On top of his expertise and experience, he is a great person who is easy to get a long with and truly a team player. Highly recommended.

His performance and understanding of as business analyst in this domain is commendable, on par with any expert out there in the market.
